My obsession with animals began at a very young age. It all started at 2 years old with my first dog. I quickly realized dogs didn’t talk back, they love you unconditionally and never judge their human companion. Soon after came my love for art. However, it took me a few years (quite a few!) to get up the nerve to combine the two into my dream job!
I was born and raised in Western NC. I studied Fine Art at Western Piedmont Community College, then Fine Art and Graphic Design at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. However my fear of being a ‘starving artist’ held me back. I changed directions and spent 17 years working a fulfilling career in Occupational Therapy with special needs children. I experienced many of the typical bumps in life that most adults experience. However, in 2015 I experienced a life changing event of losing my father in law and nearly losing my husband in a terrible car accident. It was then I decided life was too short not to at least make an attempt to follow my passion. I combined my love for animals and art into my full time job and couldn’t be happier!
I bought this tote because it happens to look almost identical to Golden Retriever and I couldn't be happier about it! It's a pretty good sized bag but not so big as to be bulky and I was pleasantly surprised that the graphic is printed on both sides of the tote. Love love love this. It also came with a cute little note about the artist and I think it's so great that their "models" are rescue pets
This is the third dog tote I've purchased, and all have lived up to expectations. Not to say that all dogs look the same, but each one, including this Golden has captured the look of the recipient's furry friend. Quality is there, as they have lasted through many beach trips, and holds all the essentials for a day out.
I bought this tote bag as a Christmas present for a friend who recently got a Labrador and she loved it! The tote bag arrived very quickly and the fabric is of good quality. I highly recommend it!
This was a gift for my 2 yr old grand niece who ADORES her best friend, Ruger, a yellow lab. So when her mommy & daddy got married last weekend, I filled this bag with goodies & a stuffed puppy & she carried it all day💙💚🐶
Whoever was the artist for this bag did a great job. Picture is just as it looks. Good quality does not fade with use. Bought this as a gift for my GSP loving friend. Bag is roomy -- great for a beach/pool tote
Didn't need another bag but love this! Looks just like my Aussie. Used it for a recent work trip that allowed for some pool time. Took up little room in my bag. Canvas with perfect handle length. Not a very wide bag.
This is a gift, so can't testify to some of it. What I really appreciated was the painting/pic on front was exactly as shown on website.
The size of the bag is a good grocery shopping bag, the design face of the Golden Retriever is so clear it’s just perfect!

Very Cute tote bag. Tote is a good size and material seems strong. Handles are a good length to hand carry or over the shoulder.
I used it for a gift bag for someone who got a new puppy. They can carry all of their supplies in it when they take him with them.
